Vintage costume jewelry pin and clip on earrings NV8674

Gorgeous set of pin and earrings. They have quite a bit of weight to them. Minor small stone missing on pin unless you have magnifier you won't see it. I know nothing about them. Pin had ART stamped on back. All I know is it's old!! Who knows, stones and pearls might be real. Part of family estate
